The city of Roswell is warning of traffic delays as it installs a drain line across Oxbo Road, part of construction of a new water plant.

The work which began late last week is expected to be complete by April 15. The city said there will be intermittent lane closures and flagmen on duty during the process, which include a road cut, mill work and resurfacing at the intersection of Oxbo Road and Dobbs Drive.
