Reality show star Toya Johnson is hosting a free, celebrity double Dutch competition to encourage youth to lose weight.

Johnson's organization, Weight No More, will pit several reality TV stars, including rapper Rasheeda and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast member Tammy Rivera, and entrepreneurs against each other in "the ultimate" double Dutch challenge to fight obesity.

“Once we incorporate fitness into our everyday lives it becomes a lifestyle, not a struggle,” Johnson said in a statement. “It is our responsibility to take care of ourselves and we must do so in order to take care of others.”

Weight No More focuses on helping people include exercise in their daily routines. Johnson said she played double Dutch as a child to pass the time. She decided to reintroduce it as a way to educate youth on the dangers of obesity.

The free event will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Maynard Holbrook Jackson High School, located at 801 Glenwood Avenue in southeast Atlanta.

Johnson stars in VH1 reality series “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,” a show centered on those closest to rapper T.I. and wife and singer Tameka “Tiny” Cottle. Johnson previously starred in BET reality TV series “Tiny & Toya” with Cottle.
