We're approaching the season of giving, but where should Atlantans give?

There are tons of great causes and wonderful groups helping fight every kind of problem you can imagine. They're fighting hunger and accepting aid from charitable companies.

This year, we want to see which charity readers prefer for our Best of Atlanta series. Last year, readers gave the nod to Bert's Big Adventure, which fulfills wishes for ill children and holds all kinds of charitable events.

In 2016, readers saluted the Atlanta Humane Society for giving cats and dogs homes in our community.

Regardless of this poll, any donation you make of your time or money is a great way to give back this season. You can look at volunteer opportunities friendly to young people or options that are close to home.
