Police have identified the man who died when a car crashed into a Snellville restaurant, as well as the woman who allegedly drove the car through a window and into the building.

Harry Gober, 71, of Atlanta, died after being struck by the car, Gwinnett County police said. Patricia Gregory, 68, of Lawrenceville, was identified as the driver.

Police do not anticipate charging Gregory with a crime, but the investigation is still active, according to a press release. Gregory confused the accelerator for the brake when she was trying to park at the restaurant Thursday evening, Cpl. Deon Washington said.
