DeKalb County will host a Memorial Day ceremony for all local veterans Thursday in downtown Decatur.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to noon in Maloof Auditorium, 1300 Commerce Dr., Decatur. Brigadier General Joe Jarrard, the Assistant Adjutant General for the Georgia Department of Defense, is the featured speaker.
The session is free and open to the public.
