Southbound lanes of I-75 in Clayton County reopened early Friday following a multi-vehicle wreck, but traffic backups remained.
All southbound lanes between Jonesboro Road and Mt. Zion Boulevard were blocked for about 30 minutes while officials cleared the scene of a wreck involving three vehicles.
Shortly after 6:30 a.m., authorities started to open lanes.
