Feel free to continue to enjoy the unseasonably mild temperatures that have people already thinking spring.  The fabulous weather will be around for several more days, according to  Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Brad Nitz.

The average low and high this time of year is 34 and 52 degrees,  but our temperatures will run about 15 degrees above average, Nitz said.  Highs reached 61 degrees on Sunday and a low of 48 degrees is expected with some fog developing overnight. We'll see areas of dense morning fog then cloudy with scattered showers.

Monday will see a balmy high of 67 degrees and a low of 53. A front stretched across north Georgia will keep the rain chance up again Monday but expect only scattered showers on Tuesday and yet another pleasant high of 66.

By Wednesday a cold front will sweep through with rain and a threat for thunderstorms, Nitz reports.

"After the front we’ll dry out toward the end of the week with temperatures returning to near the averages, " he said.
