Union City Zoning Board to consider storage facility request

The Union City Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing during the special called meeting at 7 p.m. Monday in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 5047 Union St. The hearing is to consider a variance request by U-Haul International, Inc., with a location at the intersection of Feldwood Road and South Royal Parkway. The applicant is requesting the removal of the limit of 20 rental vehicles on site, and to allow a multi-story self storage facility to operate there.
