A restaurant at Underground Atlanta failed a routine health inspection this week after an official noted food items were not properly stored.

The report also states that a staff member did not wash their hands properly and the back door was open - a pest and animal control violation - at the Kempani Hawaiian Grill in downtown Atlanta.

The location is also near Georgia State University and the MARTA Five Points station.

Calls and voicemails to this location were not immediately answered.
