The University of Georgia raised more than $126 million during the 2011 fiscal year, making it the sixth consecutive year fund-raising topped $100 million, officials said Monday.

More than 56,000 contributors donated. The university received about $50.9 million in pledges, up from last year's $20 million.

The UGA Athletic Association raised $30 million.

The College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences raised $9.2 million -- more than any other college. Terry College of Business was a close second with $8.9 million.
