Two Gainesville men were arrested Friday during the course of a prostitution investigation.

Luis Gustavo Rodriguez-Ventura, 23, and Erick Rodriguez, 29, both of Gainesville, were arrested without incident after they negotiated a transaction in which a prostitute was transported to a predetermined location in exchange for sexual favors, according to Gainesville police.

Both men were booked into the Hall County jail, and are  charged with pimping. Erick Rodriguez was also charged with driving while unlicensed. Additionally, immigration holds were due to their illegal residency status, according to police.
