Two drivers taken to hospital after pileup on I-285
A multicar pileup shut down the south side of I-285 on Tuesday in DeKalb County and led to heavy delays.
The crash at the I-20 interchange may have involved as many as eight vehicles, including a tractor-trailer, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.
Two drivers were taken to the hospital, but the severity of their injuries is unknown.
All lanes had reopened by 6:45 a.m., but delays remained.
