DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a pair of Decatur men for killing a man in a December shootout in Stone Mountain.
Andre Wellington, 39, and Melvin Dillard, 34, were charged with murder in connection with the Dec. 8 shooting death of Nathan Junior Fisk, according to jail records.
Fisk and another unnamed victim were shot during a shootout with Dillard and Wellington at the Weatherly Apartments, 1600 Weatherly Drive, in Stone Mountain, police said.
Fisk was shot in the torso and later died, Sheriff's spokeswoman Mikki Jones said.
Deputies from DeKalb Sheriff's fugitive unit picked up Wellington and Dillard late Friday night, Jones said.
They are being held at the DeKalb County Jail without bond.
