DeKalb County’s newest community improvement district has named its board of directors to help it lead.
Bill Rosenfeld will serve as chairman, and John Martin is vice chairman. Others on the board are Will Arroyo, Lou Brown, Barry Schrenk, Harold Smith and Michele Weston.
The board selected Ann Rosenthal was as president of the CID, a self-taxing district that funds improvements in the community.
