Anyone with an outstanding traffic citation in Gwinnett County Recorders Court has until March 31 to pay their fines without added penalties.
During the amnesty period which began March 1, the $25 bench warrant fee is being waived and the bench warrant recalled for those who pay their fines. You can also receive the appropriate forms to reinstate a suspended driver's license if it was suspended for their failure to appear in court.
