A road in Roswell is closed Thursday morning due to a fallen tree.

A large tree fell across Willeo Road around 7:15 a.m.

As of 10:30 a.m., a section of the road, near the Chattahoochee Nature Center, remained closed as crews worked to remove the tree.

In an email blast, the city of Roswell said the road will reopen Thursday afternoon.

City officials did not say what caused the tree to fall or if there were any injuries.
