Lanes along a busy road in Roswell will be closed for a few days in July while the road is repaired.

Pavement repairs begin on Holcomb Bridge Road on July 9. Crews with the Fulton County Department of Public Works will work from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., likely impacting morning commutes for many drivers.

In a press release, the city of Roswell said the repairs should take no longer than three days, but inclement weather could extend or delay work.

To complete the work, a stretch of Holcomb Bridge Road — from Ga. 400 to the Chattahoochee River — will require rolling lane closures.

Fulton County is working with Roswell and GDOT to minimize the impact on affected areas. There will be signs in place and traffic control personnel to alert drivers of delays and closures.
