City officials and police in Roswell are warning drivers about lane closures near one of its busy neighborhoods on Thursday.

Lanes of Canton Street and Woodstock Road in downtown Roswell will closed as contractors continue to work on the Vickers development, which is on the corner of the intersection of those two roads.

Workers will be pouring concrete for the development and the positioning of concrete trucks requiring one lane on Canton and one lane on Woodstock, to be closed officials said.

Traffic will still be able to move in both directions on both roads and a traffic-control officer will assist drivers navigating through the area. Signs will be in place on Woodstock and Crabapple roads to warn drivers of the delay.
