Tips offered on home irrigation

Fulton residents can get tips on using home irrigation systems at a workshop Tuesday at the Johns Creek Environmental Campus in Roswell. The class, held by the county's Water Resources Department, runs from 6 to 7 p.m. at 8100 Holcomb Bridge Road.

Topics include programming controllers; inspecting for leaks; adjusting sprinkler head height, spray patterns and positions; and rain sensor installation. Residents who attend should be sure they know what type of system they have. Information: 404-612-8745 or jennifer.mclaurin@fultoncountyga.gov.
