Three MARTA passengers injured in bus wreck
Three people were taken to the hospital Tuesday morning following a predawn wreck involving a MARTA bus.
The crash happened about 7 a.m. on Moreland Avenue at Euclid Avenue.
MARTA spokeswoman Cara Hodgson said three bus passengers were taken to Atlanta Medical Center. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known.
Hodgson said the driver of the vehicle that collided with the bus was cited for failure to obey a traffic signal.
MARTA sent a second bus to the scene to pick up the other passengers, Hodgson said.
