Three DeKalb leaders named among top lawyers in state

DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James, state Rep. Elena Parent and DeKalb State Court Judge Dax Lopez are among the top lawyers in Georgia under 40, according to the Fulton County Daily Report.

The newspaper selected 10 other attorneys for the honor, which highlighted accomplishments in various areas of law.
