One of Snapfinger Elementary's own has been chosen to attend a conference at The White House.

Tiffany Clay, an academic coach at the DeKalb County school, will represent Georgia at the 2016 National Conference on Inclusive STEM Education for Youth of Color.

The district, which announced the news on Facebook, said Clay will join senior government officials, scholars, policy makers and other STEM experts on Oct. 28.
