Why do drivers wait until the last second to get into the turn lane and then are only able to partially able to get into it?

Seems like every year the General Assembly passes a bill on the last day that a majority of Georgians oppose and could never have stood up to public debate. I'm taking bets on what it will be this year but I have an idea of what it will be. Watch for it.
If zero interest doesn't encourage people to save for retirement, I don't know what will.

The problem is not only road access to the facilities. Does the school have heat and lights? Malls and hospitals have redundant utility lines and emergency generators. Schools don't.

Everybody wants good government. Nobody wants to pay for it.
Driving slow in the right lane causes people to weave in and out of traffic like maniacs. So, drop the ego and just get into the left lane if you're not passing someone.
Another name for political correctness is good manners.
