The indoor skydiving facility going up near the new Braves stadium is getting closer to completion.

iFly, which uses a wall-to-wall vertical wind tunnel in a flight chamber to simulate a freefall skydiving experience for flyers over the age of three, is slated to open in early November.

The facility was redesigned specifically for the Cobb County location after a variance request to build the facility eight feet higher than the standard 50-foot restriction was denied.

It is located on the corner of I-285 West and Cobb Parkway.
