The pass rate for 379 Marietta High School juniors who took the 2014 Georgia High School Writing Test was 95.2 percent, which is 2.8 percent lower than last year’s scores. The passing score for 6,733 11th graders in the Cobb County Schools district was 98 percent, which is unchanged from last year. Students have to pass the test to graduate. The score for students passing statewide was 96.5 percent.
