Christa Royster, a senior at Dacula High School in Dacula, is a marker as a sign of the times in Gwinnett County as farmland rapidly disappears into subdivisions. She is the only person in the county currently showing cattle at a variety of local and national livestock competitions, including the Southeast Empire Livestock Show at the Gwinnett County Fair.
