Technical College System of Georgia officials signed an agreement Wednesday that will allow students' credits to transfer so they can earn four-year degrees in aviation and aerospace.

Students who graduate with an Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree from any of the state's 25 technical schools will be able to transfer to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

The Florida-based college has sites in Georgia and is one of the oldest colleges focused on the science and business of aviation and aerospace.
