On Thursday, the Atlanta-Fulton County Library system will host "The Stories a Teacup Could Tell: Lena Horne to Margaret Mitchell." It is part of Women's history month program by Millie Coleman. The library encourages patrons to bring their own teacups to the party; they're encouraged to risk their grandmother's china but everyday tea mugs are permissible. The event takes place at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Central Library at One Margaret Mitchell Square, Atlanta 30303. For information call 404-730-1700.
