Tax return help available at Southwest library

Trained volunteers are offering free help with 2012 tax returns at the Southwest branch library, 3665 Cascade Road, S.W., in south Fulton County, during the tax season. The Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System and AARP Tax-Aide are aiming to help low- and moderate-income taxpayers, especially those 60 and older. But there is no income limitation and the service is available to everyone.
