Wine lovers rejoice: the Decatur Wine Festival is nearing and will feature nearly 500 vinos for the tasting.

Now in its 17th year, the Decatur Wine Festival will be held from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3 at the Old Courthouse Square in the city’s downtown.

Attendees will also be treated to live music and food from local restaurants.

The festival has updated its 2018 wine list, which includes 70 “must try” wines such as the Shooting Star Zinfandel, Chakras Malbec and Thorn Clarke Shotfire Shiraz.

Festivities kick off Friday night with a free art walk from 5 to 10 p.m. through Decatur. Tickets to attend the festival are $45.
Proceeds from the Decatur Wine Festival support the Decatur Arts Alliance, which funds free art events for the community each year.
