A reader sent us a picture of the intersection of Morosgo Drive and Morosgo Way, looking westward toward Piedmont Road.
“The problem is that there is no stop sign on Morosgo Way, and there is only a ‘street’ marking, but no stop sign on Morosgo Drive westbound. There ‘is’ an actual stop sign on Morosgo Drive eastbound,” the reader wrote.
The reader said it is confusing in good weather, and in the dark or in a heavy rain it is a really dangerous intersection that needs to be fixed, the reader added.
We sent the item to the city and will keep you updated.

A reader is concerned over the state of the pavement in the heart of the city.
“The intersection of Peachtree Battle Avenue NW to Nacoochee Drive NW is riddled with holes and broken pavement. Water, debris, rocks all collect there and do not move on. That has been a fact for several years now and is hard on car alignment and dangerous for all the pedestrians and runners who use the sidewalk on Peachtree Battle Avenue and have to maneuver around the puddles and detritus,” the reader said.
We sent the item to the city and will let you know when it is fixed.

Update-DOT
Last week, we told you about a reader’s concern over the darkened lights on Buford Highway and hopes they can soon be shining brightly again.
“The beautiful new street lights installed last year on Buford Highway up to the Cheshire Bridge Road and Buford Highway intersection suddenly go dark just as you enter Fulton County,” the reader said.
We got a response back from the DOT, who said the lights were actually the responsibility of the city. We forwarded the item to Atlanta officials.
