Suwanee approves plan for new 83 new townhomes

The Suwanee City Council recently approved a rezoning application that makes way for 83 attached single-family homes on about 10 acres at the southwest corner of the intersection of Tench Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The gated townhome community will include 19 front loaded units and 64 rear loaded units, along with two acres of open space.

Entrance to the neighborhood will be from Tench Road with pedestrian access to the adjacent Three Bridges neighborhood.

Approval came with conditions including a requirement for 5-foot wide sidewalks along Tench Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and guidelines for landscaping and tree preservation.
