Atlanta police said Thursday investigators had confirmed a man was shot and killed in northwest Atlanta  during an argument about a barking dog but they still have no suspects.

Keith Jacobs, 29, was shot in the head around 11 p.m. Wednesday on Addison Place, in a neighborhood off  Hollywood Road.

"The altercation may have had something to do with a barking dog," Atlanta police Sgt. Curtis Davenport  said in a statement. "It appears the victim and perpetrator knew each other. At this time there have been no arrest or suspects identified.”
