Woodstock Police seek the public’s help catching a suspect in an armed robbery at the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta at Woodstock, the second of two recent high-profile crimes at the mall.

Police said a man armed with a handgun robbed the Jared jewelry store Tuesday, making off with an undisclosed amount of merchandise. He’s described as a heavy-set, middle-aged black male, wearing khaki pants, a plaid shirt and a caddy-style ball cap.

Police would also like to interview a female customer who was in the store at the time.

Anybody with information is asked to call 770-592-6019.

Earlier this month, a smash-and-grab burglary at the True Religion jeans store in the mall led to a chase that left one suspect dead and another badly injured.
