During his third arrest in as many months, a DeKalb County man is accused of escaping deputies booking him into jail Wednesday.

Ezell James Wood, 34, was captured within 15 minutes of running from the jail on Memorial Drive, the sheriff’s office said.

Jail records show he was also arrested in May and June, accused once of an undisclosed probation violation and once for family violence.

He’s now charged with a probation violation.

The sheriff’s office didn’t say in a news release if he would face charges in Wednesday’s flight.
