Sushi restaurant in Alpharetta fails health inspection, report says

A sushi restaurant in Alpharetta failed a recent health inspection after officials found an employee prepping food with bare hands.
Zen Fuji on McGinnis Ferry Road received a score of 58 on Thursday, June 16. The facility previously scored a 73 over a year ago.
The report for Zen Fuji also states dishes weren't washed properly, a drink nozzle had a "mold-like" substance and vegetables were being washed in a raw meat-only sink.
A manager for the restaurant said they had no comment when contacted Monday.
Zen Fuji is scheduled to be reinspected on Thursday, according to the report.
