Sugar Hill has unveiled the city’s newest gateway sign near downtown at Nelson Brogdon Boulevard/Buford Drive and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The sign is just a small part of the city’s investment to develop a downtown area. Sugar Hill residents already enjoy a new city hall and amphitheater complex known as The Bowl.

Under construction now is the EpiCenter, or E Center, which will include a 350-seat community theater, and 30,000 square-foot hub with gymnasium with walking track, volleyball, pickleball and basketball courts. In addition to the community space, the EpiCenter will also feature retail, office space, restaurants and a tree-top lounge that overlooks The Bowl.

Visible behind the new gateway sign is a RaceTrac gas and convenience store also under construction.
