Sugar Hill is updating the city’s downtown master plan and is seeking input from the community at an open-house style public workshop 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at City Hall, 5039 West Broad St. Topics of discussion will include: future land use, new development opportunities, redevelopment opportunities, transportation and connectivity, streetscape design and more.

Through the master plan, city leaders will be making informed planning decisions based on trends, real estate dynamics, mobility needs and on-the-ground conditions.

Help shape the vision by also completing a short 15-20 minute survey: www.cityofsugarhill.com/lcisurvey/. The survey is anonymous.
