Now that widening of Highway 20 is complete, Sugar Hill is hosting a public meeting to plan future development along this central business corridor. To participate, join city leaders at 6 p.m. March 29 at City Hall, 5039 West Broad St.

Earlier this year, the city teamed with professional market analysis firm Bleakly Advisory Group to determine the types of real estate desired along Highway 20. With assistance from professional planning firm TSW the city is now working to visualize the development potential of key locations within the study area. This will lead to policy recommendations, which the city hopes will result in the highest quality development for this critical gateway to Sugar Hill and Gwinnett County.
