The Sugar Hill City Council approved design plans in November following a public hearing for a new Race Trac convenience store and gas station at First Avenue and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

The city’s planning department recommended approval with the following conditions: the building elevations and fuel canopy design will substantially resemble those submitted, and the overall site design will resemble those submitted with a change to eliminate the right-in, right-out driveway on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
