Sugar Hill is accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Youth Council. Applicants must be available for meeting 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday evenings, be current high school students, attend city council meetings at 7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month and be available to participate in various Sugar Hill events throughout the year.

Student participating should also be willing to learn and shape municipal policy as they learn about city government.

Applications due no later than 5 p.m. Aug. 24. Priority will be given to residents who live within city of Sugar Hill limits. Information: www.cityofsugarhill.com/youth-council/.
