Dunwoody City Council scheduled a special meeting for 6 p.m. Wednesday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103 to decide requests for rezoning in the city.
According to the posted agenda, Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods LLC, is requesting rezoning of property located at 54 Perimeter Center East from office-institution district to multi-dwelling residential-85 in order to build townhomes.
Another rezoning requests comes from Atlanta Office Investment LLC, requesting rezoning of property at 245 Perimeter Center Parkway from OI to planned development to allow for construction of a mixed use commercial/retail/restaurant development.
