A suspicious package prompted authorities to evacuate a south Fulton County Wal-Mart Tuesday night.

Fulton County sheriff's Lt. Robert  Abercrombie told Channel 2 Action News that security video showed a man placing a briefcase on the ground in the parking lot of the store on Old National Highway near College Park, then driving off.

The store was evacuated and the sheriff's bomb squad was called in to investigate.

According to Channel 2, the all-clear was sounded after the bomb squad blew up the briefcase and discovered that it contained papers, CDs, a pair of glasses and a Bible.
