South DeKalb Festival coming later this month

A free outdoor festival, featuring food and entertainment from the multi-cultural area, is coming to south DeKalb County later this month.

The Heart of South DeKalb will feature a parade, street vendors and live entertainment from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 28 the Gallery at South DeKalb Mall.
