The Fulton County Taxpayers Foundation is having a "town hall" meeting to let residents quiz political leaders on everything hot  topics such as Atlanta water bills, school districts and property taxes. The foundation said "no topic is off limits" for Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Fulton Chairman John Eaves, Atlanta Public School Chair Khaatim El and state House Reps.
