Snellville moves forward to improve bridge on Springdale Road

The Snellville City Council voted recently to donate easement and right-of-way to Gwinnett County for bridge rehabilitation on Springdale Road at No Business Creek. The appraised value of the less than one-acre of land is $18,500.

Donations like this between city and county are not uncommon and are often coordinated for public safety and transportation projects of this nature. According to city officials, the value of the improvements far exceeds the requested donation of the property.
