Snellville contracts for detention pond repair

The Snellville city council recently agreed to award The Dickerson Group a contract for repair of the Summit Pond Road detention pond located off Temple Johnson Road near Summit Chase Country Club. Two bids were received by the city, with the Dickerson Group’s being significantly lower at $29,700. Price combined with the quality of previous work solidified The Dickerson Group for the work.

Funds are already budgeted for the project and will come from the Stormwater Capital Improvement fund.
