Smyrna restricts alcoholic beverage licensees

The Smyrna City Council voted on Nov. 18 that alcoholic beverage licensees must be either a United States citizen or legal resident alien.
Also, all licensees must be a Georgia resident.
However, a licensee is not required to be a Georgia resident if the licensee has an agent who is a Georgia resident and a U.S. citizen or legal resident alien.
