Smyrna okays Village Parkway improvements

The Smyrna City Council voted 4-2 Monday to pay $624,618 for improvements to Village Parkway.

Councilman Wade Lnenicka and Councilwoman Susan Wilkinson were opposed.

Summit Systems Inc. was the lowest bidder to construct a multi-use trail on this portion from Spring Road to Windy Hill Road, including sidewalks, curbing and storm sewer.
