The Smyrna City Council voted Monday to approve 10 single-family houses in three areas.

  • Joshua W. Hall will develop five single-family houses at a density of 2.27 units per acre on 2.2 acres at Hayes Drive and King Springs Road. Hall's attorney Garvis Sams said the houses will range from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet and above and sell for $600,000 and upwards.
  • Anthony Lim will build two new single-family residences on a one-third acre vacant lot on Argo Drive.
  • Rick Kolb and Kimberly Norwood will develop three single-family houses on a three-quarter acre lot at 3071 and 3075 Nichols St.
